Many people like the speed and convenience of coffee pod machines, but the quality of the coffee available is generally quite poor. We've spent many months sampling pod coffee from numerous different sources, and we're delighted to announce the launch of our new range of Caffè Ottavo coffee pods. These pods are compatible with Nespresso® machines, including Citiz, Pixie, Essenza, Latissima, U, Maestria and Inissia. Available in packs of 80, we've now got six varieties to choose from, along with a mixed pack to try four at once:
Made from a wonderful blend of freshly roasted and ground Arabica beans, Sublime is an incredibly smooth and fragrant blend that leaves behind no bitter aftertaste. The beans, sourced from Central and South America, the Horn of Africa and India, reveal refined flavours of jasmine and rose petal, sweet aromas, and a pleasing touch of acidity, which makes Sublime perfect for ristretto and espresso, as well as rich macchiatos.
Made using the same beans as used in the Intenso blend, but with a courser grind for a longer extraction of coffee, Lungo blend is strong and creamy, and best enjoyed as a longer 110ml coffee. Lungo makes a great base for stronger cappuccinos, but is also delicious as an Americano, either with or without a splash of milk or cream.
Perfect for those who love their coffee strong and creamy, Intenso is a full-bodied blend that offers complex, rich and powerful flavours. Revealing intense flavours of toasted almonds and dark chocolate, Intenso is best enjoyed as a punchy espresso, or with foamed milk for a wonderful cappuccino.

Full-bodied, fruity and incredibly aromatic, Gran Gusto is made from 70% freshly roasted and ground Arabica beans and 30% Robusta beans, giving it a great burst of flavour. Perfect as a bold partner to creamier coffees, such as luxurious lattes and rich cappuccinos, or on its own as a punchy espresso.
Fortissimo Coffee Pods - 80 Pack
Made from 100% Robusta beans, Fortissimo is an intensely flavoured blend that delivers a powerful and full-bodied coffee with a lasting taste, and a luxuriously creamy texture. Best enjoyed as a powerful espresso, or with foamed milk for a punchy cappuccino.
