Strength: Mild Type: Special	Ethiopian Yirgacheffe	from £ including delivery
	Grown in the Sidamo area this is probably the best of the washed Ethiopian coffees. Being a washed coffee it gives a brighter cleaner cup. It has distinct fruit like acidity giving a pungent addition to the traditional winey Mocha taste.

Strength: Mild Type: Special	Australian Skybury	from £ including delivery
	This is a smooth, full bodied, mild coffee which is often described as tasting like pistachio nuts. Grown in Queensland, not far from the Great Barrier Reef, the estate was started in 1978, set in the middle of tropical forests.

Strength: Medium Type: Special	Dark Maragogype	from £ including delivery
	A high grown mild coffee that has a lovely mellow taste with slight acidity; much admired by connoisseurs. This particular bean is selected because of the size; the bean is known as the 'elephant' bean.

	Monsoon coffee is directly exposed to the monsoon moist winds in open warehouses; this increases the body and reduces the acidity.

	Our certified Blue Mountain Jamaica Coffee is a real treat. Blue Mountain coffee is known for its quality, mild flavour and lack of bitterness. The Blue Mountains are amongst the highest mountains in the Caribbean; the climate is cool with high levels of rainfall.

	Bugishu is sourced from North East Uganda, including the slopes of Mt. Elgon which is considered to be one of the best sources in the country. Our Bugishu offers a very clean flavoured coffee, which has a very distinctive aroma.

	Colombia is the world’s second biggest coffee producer, its all to do with the soil were the Coffee is grown. The volcanic rich soil helps give the coffee a well balanced aroma, acidity and full body.
