	A fantastic all day coffee suitable for filter or cafetiere brewing. This blend is created by using coffee from Africa, Arabia, and South America which creates a medium bodied, rich and fruity coffee with fine acidity.

	Colombia is the world’s second biggest coffee producer, its all to do with the soil were the Coffee is grown. The volcanic rich soil helps give the coffee a well balanced aroma, acidity and full body.

	Grown in the Nyeri region, noted for its quality, this specially selected peaberry bean is said to contain all the best Kenyan flavour. Here we find fine acidity with a light slightly fruity flavour.

	It was in 1600 that the Muslim pilgrim, Baba Budan, brought seeds back to India and planted them in the mountains near Mysore. The coffee from these original seeds are noted for their smooth, mild brew and a delicate flavour but having good body.

	Our Swiss Water Processed Decaffeinated Sumatran is a delightful medium roast coffee. This Sumatran is a premium Arabica coffee. By using water to remove the caffeine it is guaranteed 100% chemical free, but most importantly the flavour is maintained.

	Our Harrar coffee is a wonderful sun-dried longberry mocha coffee. Harrar coffee is amongst the highest coffee grown in the world; the coffee is grown at around 2000m above sea level. The beans have a distinctive look; they are pointed and are golden in colour.

	Sidamo is one of the slightly thinner Ethiopian Coffees we range. This makes the Sidamo an ideal choice as an all day drinking coffee. One of the most famous origins of the coffee suggests that the local innam at a monastery threw the red coffee berries on a fire. The roasting of the berries gave off such a wonderful smell that they were raked off and boiled in water.
