The Blue Mountains are amongst the highest mountains in the Caribbean; the climate is cool with high levels of rainfall. The perfect climate has developed a rich soil with excellent drainage - the combination of climate and soil is considered to be perfect for growing coffee. Remember, our coffee is freshly roasted to order and dispatched the same or next day to guarantee freshness. Once we have prepared your order, we vacuum pack it; when you receive your great tasting coffee, remember to store it in air tight container to ensure the freshness is locked in.
