Medium Strength Coffee

Our medium coffee strength beans will be roasted for around nine to eleven minutes. Once roasted the bean will appear dry and will be ready to deliver a sweeter taste than the mild roasted bean, with a fuller body and a wonderful aroma. Medium coffee is ideal for making everyday coffee using a filter machine or a cafetiere. If you are looking for a great medium coffee to try, we would recommend our Blue Sumatra; a fantastic tasting mild coffee. Enjoy!

Sidamo

Sidamo is one of the slightly thinner Ethiopian Coffees we range. This makes the Sidamo an ideal choice as an all day drinking coffee. One of the most famous origins of the coffee suggests that the local innam at a monastery threw the red coffee berries on a fire. The roasting of the berries gave off such a wonderful smell that they were raked off and boiled in water.
