Mild Strength Coffee

Our mild coffee strength will be roasted for about seven minutes, after this amount of time roasting, the beans will double in size and pop in the roaster. Mild coffee is ideal for making everyday coffee using a filter machine or a cafetiere. Coffee being roasted in this way is the popular method in the world. The strength of the roast depends on the type of the bean used; we have tested all of our beans to make sure we deliver the very best taste and customer satisfaction. If you are looking for an enjoyable mild coffee we would highly recommend the Kenya Peaberry, perfectly roasted using the wonderful, fuller in taste bigger beans. Enjoy!

Grown in the Nyeri region, noted for its quality, this specially selected peaberry bean is said to contain all the best Kenyan flavour. Here we find fine acidity with a light slightly fruity flavour.

Ethiopian Yirgacheffe

Grown in the Sidamo area this is probably the best of the washed Ethiopian coffees. Being a washed coffee it gives a brighter cleaner cup. It has distinct fruit like acidity giving a pungent addition to the traditional winey Mocha taste.

Mysore

It was in 1600 that the Muslim pilgrim, Baba Budan, brought seeds back to India and planted them in the mountains near Mysore. The coffee from these original seeds are noted for their smooth, mild brew and a delicate flavour but having good body.

This is a smooth, full bodied, mild coffee which is often described as tasting like pistachio nuts. Grown in Queensland, not far from the Great Barrier Reef, the estate was started in 1978, set in the middle of tropical forests.
