Award-Winning Ezpresso Liquid Coffee Concentrate
Smooth Brazilian
From producer Andre Luis Paradela, located in the Santa Luzia area bordering Sao Paulo and Minas Gerais states, this is a natural processed Yellow Bourbon variety that is very smooth, with hints of sweet caramel, berry fruits and nuts.
Rich Kenyan
This multi award-winning single origin coffee is perfect for those who like a richer, stronger coffee. Made from a variety of coffees sourced from several smallholders in the Kiambu appellation, this coffee is produced in a traditional double washed Kenyan fashion by passing the coffee through two stages of wet fermentation. The coffee is then sun dried on raised beds, which contributes to its clarity and complexity.

Intense Mexican
Produce by multiple smallholders in south Mexico, this fully washed coffee is processed by La Laja using mechanised washing stations. The coffee is then sundried on traditional drying patios. Intense chocolate and sweet caramel flavours, with red berries and walnut notes.
Bright Colombian
This cooperative, Caturra variety coffee is sourced from multiple high-growing farms. Bright flavours reveal a very clean cup, with sweet vanilla and refined sugar notes, and a light citrus acidity.
Mellow Peruvian Decaffeinated
This wonderful coffee is produced by a co-operative based in the town of Satipo, located in the central highlands of Peru in the Junin region, along a stretch of the Andean mountains. The beans are then decaffeinated in Germany using the CO2 method, which uses CO2 as a solvent to extract the caffeine, resulting in a super smooth decaf coffee, with a mellow-medium body and a gentle sweet finish.

What Coffee Should Be Used in Cold Brew?
If you are looking for a sweet, creamy drink, look for a medium roast bean from Costa Rica or Guatemala, while Kenyan and Ethiopian coffee beans will result in a fruitier, more refreshing cold brew. We recommend going for a rich, well-rounded flavour, in a coarse grind, such as our Cold Brew/Percolator grind.
How to Prepare Cold Brew
Cold brew involves a longer preparation method than an iced coffee, with ground coffee being added to cold water and allowed to brew, in a cold environment, for usually for between 12 and 24 hours.
You may find that cold brew coffee is a little smoother and naturally sweeter than iced coffee, as the subtle characteristics of particular coffee beans are slowly and gently extracted over a longer period of time than with an iced coffee.
- Start with a quality coffee bean that has been coarsely ground. We would recommend our ‘Percolator’ grind pre-ground coffees as an ideal coarseness.
- A good ratio of ground coffee to water is 1:8, so 50g of coffee to 400ml of water for example.
- Put the coffee and water in a jug or jar and give it a very gentle stir.
- Place the mixture in the refrigerator and leave it to infuse for at least 12 hours, but not more than 24 hours.
- After 12-24 hours, you can discard the coffee grounds if using a device with a filter or strain the coffee through coffee filter paper or a few pieces of kitchen towel into another clean container.
- Now your cold brew coffee is ready and can be enjoyed with the addition of ice or milk!
