Our Ernesto coffee is a strong blend from South America, and we've added some powerful Ethiopian beans to make a perfect espresso combination. This blend takes its name from the renowned Italian coffee merchant, Ernesto Illy, whose passion for the finest espresso led to some of the greatest innovations in history of the industry. Under Illy's guidance extensive research was carried out into finding the perfect espresso, factoring in such minute measurements as the fineness of the grind and water temperature. Our Ernesto blend pays homage to the master and is similar in flavour and strength to his own signature blends.
