The Gaggia Classic Up represents the ideal step up in the coffee journey for those who want to explore new brewing techniques, with personalised settings that bring out the best in every extraction. The Classic Up features a professional stainless-steel filter-holder (58 mm) with ergonomic handle, and a fully articulated professional steam wand that prepares the best milk froth for latte art.

A 2” coloured TFT display includes a shot timer and clear graphics, ensuring a superior user experience, while the adjustable pre-infusion enhances the aroma and improves the quality of the extraction. The lead-free brass boiler combined with the adjustable PID ensures stable brewing temperature, and an intuitive interface features capacitive buttons, direct access to functions and three backlit toggles for a guided and high-quality user experience. The analogic brew guide allows you to check the pressure at any time.

The Classic Up also comes with two traditional filters and a blind filter for back-flushing, a Gaggia tamper and two drip trays.
