A small addition to espresso preparation, this Stainless Steel Puck Screen and Walnut Holder Set helps encourage a more even flow of water through the coffee. The screen sits above the tamped grounds, while the walnut holder provides a neat place to store it between uses.
The fine, multi-layer honeycomb mesh is designed to spread water across the coffee bed and help reduce channelling. It also helps keep loose grounds away from the group head, making the daily clean-up a little easier.
