The Gaggia Classic E24 (Classic Evo) is the culmination of 80 years of tradition, history, and experience. With the Gaggia Classic you can pay attention to every detail and brew real, Italian espresso with the utmost precision. This is a machine in the finest tradition of Achille Gaggia, brewing an espresso with exquisite crema.
Designed to professional standards, the brew head is made of lead-free brass and the outside of the brew group is covered with a stainless steel cover, giving the best in espresso quality and machine longevity. The heavy stainless steel filter-holder ensures a consistent and stable brewing temperature throughout the entire brewing process.
The traditional group, large solenoid valve and traditional filter holder ensure total control over the coffee, while the professional steam arm will froth the perfect microfoam for your cappuccinos.
The machine also comes with three filters: a “perfect crema” basket to help you have the perfect espresso from the first use; a single (7g) and a double (14g) traditional basket that allow you to perfect your home barista skills.

15 Bar Pump

The machine is fab if you want to get started with home espresso. It’s super well made, very study and you see them lasting for many years so I’m hopeful mine will too. The colour is beautiful, it’s a satin finish which is very nice. Out of the box everything is there to make nice espresso and it’s a great machine to accessorise as well and it’s got a 58mm portafilter which makes that easier. Also, the shipping here is very fast, ordered on Friday and it arrived first thing the following Monday. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Unfortunately, this machine doesn't come with a milk jug which is a bit ridiculous. The machine is simple to use and well built! It's sturdy and the steam wand is powerful. This is the perfect 'first machine' for a beginner.

Only slight issue is the water reservoir has a dark smoked finish which makes it quite difficult to actually see the water level
This is an Elegant and a MUST for my kitchen.
It needs a proper grinder to go Alongside, I bought a sage. I'm still learning a week or two later. The instructions with the machine could be more user friendly, I'm no not unintelligent but they do require a quiet study session before and during usage.
As for coffee direct the different blends should be sold in say 100g sample bags and invite consumers to comment. Most wine connoisseurs give caramel notes dark blend etc

The Gaggia classic looks great. It was a step up for me from mostly automatic machines. It takes a little while to get proficient and I still go from making a really great coffee to a mediocre one. I've been using it for about a month and I'm still really happy with it.

The machine pored to fast until I ground down to 20 and then it was just right to make the perfect espresso.
