Sourced from Sulawesi, one of the four Greater Sunda Islands situated within Indonesia, this strong, dark roasted coffee offers a heavy but smooth taste, a rich body and an intense spicy finish.
Sulawesi coffees are known for revealing a silky body, moderate acidity and a smooth finish, with warm, spicy flavours of cinnamon and cardamom, and well-balanced notes of ripe fruit and dark chocolate.
These unique beans are grown in the mountainous regions of the Sulawesi, giving them their characteristic rich, earthy flavours and spicy aromas.
