A smooth coffee, Yunnan Arabica offers a good body with a hint of acidity and delightful liquorice flavours, making it perfect for lattes and cappuccinos.
Yunnan is known for its diverse landscapes and rich biodiversity, which provide an ideal environment for growing coffee. Yunnan encompasses a range of elevations, from lowland basins to high mountainous regions, and microclimates within the region contribute to the unique flavours found in Yunnan coffees.
Yunnan’s climate is also influenced by the Indian Ocean monsoon, which causes distinct wet and dry seasons. It is this combination of ample rainfall, moderate temperatures and distinct seasons that creates the perfect environment for this very special coffee.
