A high acidity coffee with sharp citrus notes, featuring very good body and a balanced flavour. Colombia Musicas coffee is cultivated on the banks of the Rio Cauca by small farm owned by Dona Dita, who has been producing coffee for almost 30 years. Dona’s coffee has been enjoyed by the local population for years, and now we’re privileged to be able to share it with you. It is said that much of the quality of this supreme coffee variety is down to how Dona “tends to her coffee trees as if they are her children!” In terms of strength and acidity levels, you might also like to consider Rwanda Coffee.
