Ethiopian coffee RSS
Mocha Coffee takes its name from the ancient Port of Mocha on the Red Sea coast of Yemen. From the 15th to early 18th century, Mocha was the hub of coffee trading at a time when Yemen monopolised the coffee industry.
Sidamo Coffee is a wonderful example of the diverse and characterful coffees that are produced in Ethiopia. This medium-bodied cup is mild in strength, but delivers a fabulous selection of delicious flavours and delightful aromas, with a bright, crisp acidity and soft finish. It is particularly suited for use in cafetière and filter machines.
